FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Below we have tried to answer some frequently asked
questions. However if your question has not been
answered send us an email or simply call us at
(574) 202-3003 we will be glad to answer your
questions or concerns.
1. What do we need to wear on our feet
while jumping on the inflatable?
A:EVERYBODY jumping on the inflatable needs to be wearing socks. The renter is responsible for any damage.
2. Do I need to put down a deposit on my rental?
A: Yes, we ask that you put a $20 down payment to secure your booking. The $20 will be deducted from the total cost
on the day of installation. If for any reason we need to cancel your reservation your down payment will be refunded. If
we have completed the installation there will be no refund.
3. How many kids can be on
the inflatable at one time?
A:
Each inflatable has different limitations. We will provide the renter with an information sheet regarding each individual
inflatable at the time of installation. There must be an adult present to supervise children jumping on the inflatable at
all times, all limitations on the information sheet provided
must be strictly adhered to.
4. How much space do I need for the inflatable?
A: Depending on the equipment you choose to rent, depends on how much space you need. Most inflatable's only need about 15ft by 15ft. This should be plenty of room for most. However, when you choose the style that best suits your needs,our job is to cover every detail. We want you to get the best out of your rental. The only thing we ask of the renter. Please make sure the area that you want the equipment is clear of all debris. IE. Rocks, Sticks, Animal Waste. If the inflatable is to be placed over sprinkler heads we ask the you
5. Will the inflatable damage or kill my grass?
A: The inflatable will not kill your grass. It may flatten the grass, but it should fully recover within 2-3 days. turn of the automatic sprinkler system.
6. What surface can the inflatable be on?
A: The inflatable's can be placed on any surface,
as long as it is flat, even and dry. The jumper can be
placed in concrete or cement.
7. Who will install and secure the inflatable?
A: We will install all the equipment free of charge.
All inflatable's need to be secured to the ground for safety.
On soft surfaces such as grass we will drive stakes
into the ground. The renter must be sure that there are
no underground cables or pipes that will be compromised.
If you are unsure about the location of underground utilities,
please contact the local authorities, have them verify the location. We have each renter sign a disclaimer separating
us from any responsibility regarding damaged utilities.
8. Are the bouncers clean?
A:Yes. All Kingdom bouncers units are thoroughly cleaned between each use. We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. In addition to cleaning, we also safety check and troubleshoot all equipment before it goes out to another client. This way, you are always guaranteed a unit that is safe,
clean and in good working order. You will be asked to sign
an inspection report after the installer has set up your unit
and walked you around it to verify that the equipment is in good condition.
9. What is your rain policy?
A:IF IT IS RAINING, unfortunately, we will be UNABLE to deliver and set up your unit. NO charge to the customer.
IF IT IS THREATENING TO RAIN, the customer has the option for us to deliver and set up. If the customer chooses
not to have the unit delivered, there will be NO charge to
the customer.
IF THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES to have delivery and set up, we will provide the customer with a tarp in case of rain. If it rains, the customer is required to TURN OFF the blower and put the tarp over the unit. When it stops raining, the customer can remove the tarp and TURN ON the blower. NOTE: If wet, these units get very slippery and can be dangerous, please use towels to dry off the unit upon re-use.
NO
REFUNDS—Remember, it is the customer’s choice whether or not to have the unit delivered. If the customer chooses to have the unit delivered and set-up, unfortunately, no refunds will be given due to the time spent in delivery, set-up and pick-up (which the units are much heavier and more difficult to maneuver when wet), and the many hours it will take to clean and dry out the unit.
10. Can you set up indoors?
A:Yes. We can set up the moonbounces in gymnasiums
or any other area that can accommodate the height
(avg. 16 feet) of the bounces.
11. How can I place a reservation?
A:Please give us a call or send us and E-mail to check availability and place a reservation.
12. Do you deliver to my area?
A:We deliver to all the Michiana Area in Indiana. FREE delivery and setup in Goshen, Elkhart, New Paris, Millersburg, Middlebury, Milford,Bristol, Nappanee, Ligonier, Syracuse. Give us a call to find out if we can deliver to your area! 5 Hours rental not avaliable on delivery charge areas.
13. How far in advance do I need to order?
A:We suggest 3-5 weeks before your scheduled party date. However, we generally have inventory available for last minute bookings, if you are not too picky about style preference. All units are booked on a first come first served basis.
14. My party is tomorrow, can I still get rental?
A:Maybe! Give us a call and we will try to work it in. Anytime there is a short window of time between the booking and the event where you will not be able to mail a deposit, we will require a credit card to hold your reservation or you may bring a check by our office.
15. Can I keep the bouncer overnight?
A:Yes. The bouncer must be set up in a backyard or area that is fenced and locked up. The fence must be at least 4 feet tall. There is an additional charge for this service. Kingdom Jumpers reserves the right to deny any event of this service. Kingdom Jumpers also reserves the right to cancel the over night portion of any event at any time if we have reason to believe that our property is at risk of injury or theft.
16. What is your policy on return deposits?
A:We will return a full deposit in case of rain on the day of the event. Or cancel your reservation a lesat 3 days of anticipation of the event.
17. Can I set it up on a park or any other place where there is not electricity?
A:Yes, we have generators for extra charge of $40 for places without electricity.
